The above is in case you’re a bullet point person like myself. And it should give you some context for what I’m about to share.
In 2013 I was married, owned 2 gyms, competing in multiple sports, was running a wildly popular health and fitness podcast and channel on YouTube. And I bet you guessed it, I wasn’t all too happy with my life. On paper I was killing it. I did my best to become “the man”, but it sure didn’t feel that way.
In 2009, 4 years earlier I got a phone call that my father had committed suicide. 27 years old and the oldest of 5 kids it was devastating. Even though I had served in the military that moment grew me up real quick. I buried my feelings really well. I handled all funeral arrangements and had to keep it together for the family.
It all stayed buried. The military, my father, and my experience of myself never being happy with anything I accomplished.
2013 was the year I was introduced to psychedelic mushrooms. No, they didn’t solve all my problems at once, but it set me on a new path of optimization.
As much as I had focused on physical health, business, and popularity, I was missing a huge piece of the pie. I was actually getting diminishing results in my life with the hyper focus on the things I was already good at.
I turned my attention elsewhere and was able to find closure with loss and find the experience of wholeness with myself.
I dove into a whole new realm of training. Psychology, leadership, relationships, communication, and spirituality became the most critical areas of study in order to improve my quality of life. It also improved the quality of life for everyone around me.
In the last decade I’ve had mentors, traveled to the jungle to sit with South American indigenous healers, worked alongside therapists and coaches, held emotional healing retreats, and consulted business leaders to 8 figure companies.
With a knack in pattern recognition that’s served me well in business it also serves me well when working with clients. I connect the dots and help identify blindspots, the missing puzzle pieces to help you live a fuller existence. Whatever you may have, however dark or mysterious it may seem, we can work with it.
Clients often sense a need for change but lack clarity.
My program not only provides a new perspective but also equips you with the tools for effective, situation-specific actions.
